Protection You Can See on Paper
Every contractor J & R brings onto your project must provide a WorkSafeBC clearance letter and proof of liability insurance — a minimum of $5 million in coverage, and up to $10 million on large projects. We keep the paperwork on file so you don't have to chase it down.

A clearance letter confirms the contractor is registered and paying premiums — so you're never held liable for a workplace injury on your property.
$5M–$10M liability
Active liability insurance means if something is damaged on your job site, the contractor's policy covers it — not your homeowner's insurance.
